“COSMOPORT” LOYALTY PROGRAM
Make a step towards unlimited possibilities!


The loyalty program allows our regular customers to accumulate bonuses and receive discounts on COSMOPORT services. They also get a priority opportunity to try all the new items that will appear in the center, share their opinions about them and offer improvements! Upon joining the program, each new participant fills out a special form (ID, phone number, e-mail are required), receives a branded COSMOPORT bracelet and replenishes it with a minimum amount of 50€. Funds are credited to the card (in the bracelet) linked to the participant's account.

BY SIGNING THE FORM, YOU CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Additional bracelets for family members can be obtained for free and replenished both all and one of them. When replenishing one bracelet, it is possible to transfer funds to others (example: you want to transfer a certain amount to the child's bracelet, which they will spend on games in the center). The transfer can be made at the checkout in ”COSMOPORT".

LOYALTY PROGRAM IN DETAILS

VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE LOYALTY CARD

The loyalty card is valid for one year from the date of the last replenishment of the balance by the client.

BENEFITS OF THE LOYALTY PROGRAM

Bonus accumulation system
— When replenishing the balance in the amount of a multiple of 50 €, bonus credits are credited to the client's account. The larger the deposit amount, the more credits. You can spend credits on games.
— When paying for each game from the replenished bracelet, 10 electronic tickets are credited to the client's account. You can spend the accumulated tickets on souvenirs or games throughout the year.

Discounts on all services of the center
— Each game in the virtual reality zone costs 1€ cheaper (except for air hockey and a claw machine with toys).
— 1 hour in the interactive installations zone costs 5€ cheaper.

Testing of new equipment
— As soon as new equipment or new services appear in COSMOPORT, the client will receive a notification by email.
— The program participants will be the first to be able to test all the new products for free, and will also be able to leave feedback and contribute to the improvement of certain innovations.

CHECKING THE NUMBER OF BONUSES AND BALANCE

It is possible to check the number of bonuses and the balance on the card at the checkout in COSMOPORT.

LOYALTY LEVELS

At the moment there is only one level of loyalty. When a multi-level system appears, the client will immediately receive a notification.

LOSS OF THE BRACELET

The client's data is linked to the phone number specified by them during registration. In case of loss of the bracelet, this data is stored in the COSMOPORT system. The first time you replace a new bracelet, you can get it for free. In case of subsequent losses — for 5€.

EXIT FROM THE LOYALTY PROGRAM

Withdrawal from the loyalty program occurs automatically if the balance on the bracelet has not been replenished for more than a year. In case of early withdrawal from the loyalty program, the balance on the client's account is not refunded.
