“COSMOPORT ENTERTAINMENT LTD.” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “we”, “us” and “our”) attaches great importance to the protection of your Personal Data and your privacy when collecting and processing information about you. We hereby assure you that this Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (“Policy”) fully respects and complies with the EU Regulation 679/2016 known as the GDPR (“Regulation”) and the relevant Law 125 / I / 2018 of the Republic of Cyprus.
2. Who we are
COSMOPORT is a unique educational and entertainment center of the future in Cyprus. An ideal place for education, entertainment and relaxation for people of all ages in Limassol, on the Molos promenade. Moreover, it is a space for entertainment and development not only for children, but also for spending leisure time with the whole family. While children are playing, adults can take part in the conquest of space themselves or watch the achievements of their children on the monitor screens in our lounge area. All this and more in an ultra-modern format. Involving game mechanics and multimedia attractions develop the child’s logic, thinking, imagination, dexterity, coordination and other skills.
We strive to protect personal data and apply high standards of conduct when it comes to privacy issues.
3. Your personal information
When you visit our place or our website we may ask you to provide us with certain information so that we can communicate with you about our products and services. You are not obliged to provide us with such information, but if choose not to, you may miss out on events and special offers and certain services may not be available to you.

4. Children’s data
We understand the importance of protecting children’s privacy. We may collect personal data in relation to children only provided that we have first obtained their parents’ or legal guardian’s consent or unless otherwise
permitted under law. This will happen for example when we register need to get information for a birthday party. In both cases we will always obtain the parents’ or legal guardian’s consent so please discuss this with us in order to clarify all issues!

Here at Cosmoport centre we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information in accordance with our Personal Data Protection Policy, in order to communicate with you about our services and to improve the quality of our services.
