BIRTHDAY BOOKING CONDITIONS

The contractor guarantees the holding of the Birthday on the selected date and time when the customer makes a deposit of 50% of the cost of the event.

The deposit is non-refundable. In case of force majeure, the contractor offers the customer to postpone the event to a later date while maintaining the current conditions. It is recommended to warn about any changes in advance. The deposit is subject to refund in case of non-fulfillment of its obligations by the contractor.

DEPOSIT

STAY OF PARENTS OF INVITED CHILDREN AT THE CENTER

Parents of the invited children may stay at the center for an additional fee of 10€/hour/person. This price includes table setting and drinks (tea/coffee). Parents of the birthday kid stay at center for free. If parents wish to celebrate the birthday, it is possible to order food and drinks according to the price list of the contractor.
Parents may play on attractions for an additional fee, according to the price-list.

FOOD AND DRINKS

Food and drinks are paid separately according to the price list. The quantity and assortment are preliminarily agreed with the contractor 2 days before the party. The contractor reserves the right to change the filling of portions without changes to the cost of the order.

THE CAKE

The cake has to be brought by the customer. The installation of candles and the serving of the dessert to the birthday room is organized by the staff of the center.

DIVERGENCE BETWEEN THE ACTUAL AND BOOKED NUMBER OF GUESTS

Money for absent guests will not be refunded. If there are more guests than planned, the customer has to pay for each at the price of the current reservation. The replacement of an absent child by a parent is not allowed.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

Animation, workshops, photographer, show programs, additional decorations, and other additional services can be pre-booked.

PROPERTY DAMAGE

In case of damage to the center's property, the customer undertakes to compensate for the damage.
The amount of damage is calculated by the company that repairs the damaged property.

WHAT DOES THE PRICE DEPEND ON?

The price depends on the day of the event, the number of guests and the time of the birthday. The price-list

DO YOU PROVIDE FOOD?

Food, drinks and a birthday cake are ordered additionally. We are ready to offer a choice of options for
organizing a festive table that your children will definitely enjoy.

DO CHILDREN HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO PLAY AT THE ATTRACTIONS?

Usually, with a number of 10 people, children play on each attraction at least 7-8 times, or even more. If there are a lot of children, they watch their friends while sitting on ottomans.

CAN PARENTS ATTEND THE BIRTHDAY PARTY?

Parents of invited children can stay in the center for an additional fee of 100 euros for lounge zone. This price includes table setting and drinks (tea/coffee). The parents of the birthday boy stay at the center for free. If parents want to celebrate a birthday, you can order food and drinks according to our price list. However, as practice shows, it is more comfortable for children to be in the center without their parents.

CAN YOU ORGANIZE AN ANIMATION PROGRAM/MASTER CLASS/FACE GREATING OR SCRIPT?

We will be happy to implement any idea for organizing your child’s party. We have a large selection of show programs and master classes for children of different ages. The cost varies depending on the chosen program and starts from 150€ to 400€.

HOW TO BOOK A BIRTHDAY?

Book the date of the birthday preferably 2 weeks in advance.
It is necessary to determine the number of guests and agree on the budget of the event.
A certain date and time are booked for you when paying a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the event.
After paying the deposit, we begin to prepare for your child's party.

WHAT DO YOU PROVIDE FOR A FESTIVE TABLE?

We take care of organization of the festive table: tablecloth, forks, spoons, plates, cups.
Be sure to inform the person responsible for the event if children have restrictions in taking certain products.

HOW MUCH DO SOUVENIRS COST?

We can offer you our exclusive souvenirs costing from 2.5€ to 20€.

WHEN CAN I PICK UP THE INVITATIONS?

You can pick up COSMOPORT invitations when booking your birthday, depending on the number of guests.

DO YOU HAVE MUSIC?

The whole birthday party is accompanied by music. Each room is equipped with its own speaker system.
If you have your own preferences in music, please inform the person responsible for the event beforehand.

HOW TO PAY?

Payment for a birthday occurs in several stages:
- Make an advance payment of 50% when booking the day and time of the holiday.
- The remainder is paid at the end of the birthday celebration.
- We accept cash, cards and bank transfers for payment.
