Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations.
- Participating in the hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assessing employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities.
- Determining the need for training and talent development.
- Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
- Training staff in areas of customer service and company policies.
- Supervising the work of multiple teams.
- Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.
- Monitoring store activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed.
- Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other parties.
- Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Providing clear and concise instructions to engineering teams.
- Taking on other tasks or projects to support employees, other managers, and call center operations.
- Planning and executing strategies for completing projects on time.
- Strategizing and monitoring daily activities of customer service operation.
- Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Organizing employee schedule.
- Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business.
- Ordering, storing, and distributing office supplies and maintaining office equipment.
Qualifications:
– Education level:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- More education may be preferred.
– Experience:
- Customer service experience.
- Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
- Experience as an office assistant or in related field.
– Specific skills:
- Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Consistent, professional dress and manner.
- Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Excellent time management, organizational, project management and decision making skills.
- Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
- Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members.
- Fluency in multiple languages may be desired.

- Greek Language is required minimum at Elementary/Intermediate.
- English Language is required minimum at Upper-Intermediate/Advanced.
- Russian Language is required minimum at Elementary/Intermediate.
