An unforgettable birthday for children and adults with full immersion! Birthday parties are a super important part of childhood. COSMOPORT is happy to help you make this celebration bright and memorable to your child. A unique space fulfilled with a wide range of VR games, Race & Flight simulators, Interactive installations and many other things will delight your child, family and guests. A customised approach to each party makes the birthday celebration a trully one of a kind experience.

BIRTHDAY PLAN

The standard birthday scenario is designed for 3 hours.

MEETING GUESTS

To get to the Birthday Party, guests change invitation cards for our branded bracelets. For your child, this is a universal "key" to all COSMOPORT attractions and zones that are included in the birthday scenario.

Then the guests go to the birthday room — our spaceship, where the journey begins. This room is assigned to the birthday kid until the end of the party.

INTRODUCTION

The program begins with the briefing of the birthday kid team. The presenter tells about our center, how the birthday will be held. A space-themed quiz is held, at the end of which a souvenir awaits the winner!

GAMES

For an hour children play attractions to their taste. Our staff is constantly on hand to help children with their choices, and monitors their safety.

FESTIVE TABLE

As soon as the festive table is ready, we take a break so that the children can refresh themselves in the birthday room.

We offer different food packages:

MINI package: mini burger for each child, French fries, nuggets (8 EUR/package).

STANDARD package: mini burgers, French fries, nuggets, hot dogs, mini pizzas (10 EUR/package).

Pizzas (large and small) from MoPizza.

Depending on the age of the children and their interests further variations are possible in the program: children may continue to play attractions, watch a movie with popcorn, "go" to a disco or break a pinata. It is possible to organize additional activities after consultation with parents.

CAKE

While the children play, we prepare a room for a birthday cake. After the traditional greetings, the children who are waiting for the arrival of their parents can play their favorite games.

Scenarios may vary depending on the preferences of children and their parents.

We do everything possible to make this day memorable for your child. Our task is to give children happiness and see their smiles!

WHAT DOES THE PRICE DEPEND ON?

The price depends on the day of the event, the number of guests and the time of the birthday. The price-list can be found on this page below.

DO YOU PROVIDE FOOD?

Food, drinks and a birthday cake are ordered additionally. We are ready to offer a choice of options for organizing a festive table that your children will definitely enjoy.

CAN I BRING MY CAKE/MY PINATA?

You can bring your own cake/pinata, but in this case we charge an additional fee of 20€.

WILL THE CHILDREN HAVE TIME TO PLAY ENOUGH ATTRACTIONS?

Usually, with the number of 10 people, children play on each attraction at least 7-8 times, or even more. If there are a lot of children, they watch their friends while sitting on ottomans.

MAY PARENTS BE PRESENT DURING THE BIRTHDAY?

Parents of the invited children may stay at the center for an additional fee of 10€/hour/person. This price includes table setting and drinks (tea/coffee). Parents of the birthday kid stay at center for free. If parents wish to celebrate the birthday, it is possible to order food and drinks according to our price list. However, as practice shows, it is more comfortable for children to be in the center without parents.

CAN YOU ORGANIZE AN ANIMATION PROGRAM / MASTER CLASS / AQUAGRIM OR SCENERY?

We will be happy to realize any idea of organizing your child's holiday. We have a large selection of show programs and masterclasses for children of different ages. The cost varies from the selected program and starts from 150€ to 400€.

HOW TO BOOK A BIRTHDAY?

Book the date of the birthday preferably 2 weeks in advance.
It is necessary to determine the number of guests and agree on the budget of the event.
A certain date and time are booked for you when paying a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the event.
After paying the deposit, we begin to prepare for your child's party.

WHAT DO YOU PROVIDE FOR A FESTIVE TABLE?

We take care of organization of the festive table: tablecloth, forks, spoons, plates, cups.
Be sure to inform the person responsible for the event if children have restrictions in taking certain products.

HOW MUCH DO SOUVENIRS COST?

We can offer you our exclusive souvenirs from 2.5€ to 20€.

WHEN CAN I PICK UP THE INVITATIONS?

You can pick up COSMOPORT invitations at the time of booking a birthday, according to the number of guests.

DO YOU HAVE MUSIC?

The whole birthday party is accompanied by music. Each room is equipped with its own speaker system.
If you have your own preferences in music, please inform the person responsible for the event beforehand.

HOW TO PAY?

Birthday payment takes place in several stages:

- Payment of a 50% deposit when reserving the day and time of the holiday.
- The remaining part is paid at the end of the birthday celebration.
- We accept cash, cards, and bank transfers for payment.
