- Reports to: Director.
 
- Work Schedule: 5 days a week, 40 hours.
 
- Scope of Responsibility: Sales management, client base development (B2C/B2B), brand reputation maintenance.

                                2. Key Objectives
- Increase sales and bookings for Cosmoport services.
 
- Expand the client base (schools, travel agencies, corporate clients).
 
- Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely payments.
 
- Train staff and implement sales scripts.
 
3. Responsibilities
3.1. Active Sales:
- Attract new clients (individuals, companies, educational institutions).
 
- Sell center services (tickets, attraction rentals, corporate events, etc.).
 
- Develop customized offers.
 
3.2. Client Management:
- Maintain CRM (analysis, segmentation).
 
- Guide clients through the sales funnel and boost loyalty.
 
3.3. Marketing Collaboration:
- Contribute to promotions and advertising campaigns.
 
3.4. Staff Training:
- Conduct service presentation trainings.
 
- Monitor employee knowledge.
 
3.5. Analytics & Reporting:
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
 
- Analyze sales channel performance.
 
3.6. Events:
- Represent the company at exhibitions and organize Cosmoport tours for partners.
 
4. Accountability
- Meeting sales targets.
 
- Ensuring reporting accuracy and brand compliance.
 
5. Daily Tasks
- Process inquiries (email, phone, website).
 
- Prepare proposals and conduct meetings.
 
- Update CRM data.
 
6. Requirements
- 1+ years of sales/customer service experience.
 
- Languages: Russian and English (Greek is a plus).
 
- Skills: CRM, MS Office, communication.
 
- Interest in entertainment industry and family-oriented services.
